Have a question about Jellium, or something is not working? Email us — a real person reads every message.
Email is our only support channel — there is no phone line, live chat or contact form, so writing to the address above is the fastest way to reach us. To help us answer on the first reply, please include your device model (for example iPhone 13 or iPad Air), your iOS or iPadOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
What Jellium does
Jellium is a match-3 puzzle game. You swap two neighbouring desserts to line up three or more of the same kind, make special jellies, and reach each level's goal before you run out of moves. There are 60 hand-made levels in four worlds, a new Daily Challenge every day, and a Garden of pixel-art treasures to reveal.
Levels 1–30, the Daily Challenge and the Garden are free. A one-time Full Journey purchase unlocks levels 31–60. There is no subscription, and coins cannot be bought with money.
In-app purchase
Jellium has one in-app purchase.
- Full Journey One-time Unlocks Crystal Cave and Cloud Kingdom, levels 31–60. Not a subscription — there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. Levels 1–30, the Daily Challenge and the Garden stay free.
The price is shown in your local currency before you buy — in the app and on the App Store purchase sheet. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

How do I restore a purchase?
Full Journey is tied to the Apple Account that paid for it, so you can bring it back on another iPhone or iPad, or after reinstalling.
- Sign in to the device with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Open Jellium and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Under Full Journey, tap Restore purchases.
The same Restore purchases button is also on the Full Journey screen. If the app says no previous purchase was found, check that you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not come back, email us and tell us roughly when you bought it — we will help you sort it out.
How do I open the next world?
Each level you win gives 1 to 3 stars, depending on your score, and the stars from all levels add up. Worlds open at a star total, and the levels in a world open in order — clear one to open the next.
- Jelly Forest (levels 1–15) is open from the start.
- Caramel Coast (levels 16–30) opens at 20 stars.
- Crystal Cave (levels 31–45) and Cloud Kingdom (levels 46–60) are part of the Full Journey purchase. They open as soon as it is purchased: levels 31 and 46 are playable right away, and the following levels open in order.
Short of stars? Replay a level you have already won and beat your score — each level counts the most stars you have earned on it.
Can I buy coins?
No — coins cannot be bought with money. You earn them by winning levels and from the daily reward, which runs in a 7-day cycle. You spend them on boosters: the Hammer smashes one jelly, Shuffle reshuffles the board, and +5 moves keeps a level going when you run out of moves.
Full Journey is the only thing in Jellium that costs money.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
Every calendar day brings one new puzzle. It is generated on your device from the date, so every player gets the same puzzle that day and nothing needs to be downloaded. Win on consecutive days to build a streak.
The Daily Challenge is free and does not need an internet connection. Tap Daily on the home screen to play.
Does Jellium work offline?
Yes. Every level you have unlocked, the Daily Challenge and the Garden work without an internet connection. You only need to be online to buy or restore Full Journey, or to open the Support, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages from Settings.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Jellium does not have any subscriptions — its only in-app purchase is a one-time payment, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. If you are looking for a subscription from one of our other apps, here is where to manage it.
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also go straight there in a browser: Manage your Apple subscriptions.
Two things worth knowing. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. And deleting the app does not cancel a subscription: you have to cancel it in the store, or it keeps renewing.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. We never see your card details and we cannot issue or reverse a payment — only Apple can do that.
- Apple (App Store): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
If you are asking for a refund because something is broken, please email us as well. We would much rather fix the problem — and if we can, you may not need the refund at all.
Where is my data stored?
Your progress and settings are stored on your device, inside the app. There is no account to create and no password to remember, and progress does not sync between devices.
Jellium collects no data: nothing about you or how you play is sent to us, and the app has no analytics, no crash reporting and no tracking. We do not sell data. Because the data lives on your device, deleting the app deletes it with the app.
To start over, open Settings and tap Reset All Progress. It deletes your levels, stars, coins, Garden and Daily Challenge results and your settings, and it cannot be undone. Your Full Journey purchase is kept. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I turn off music, sounds or vibration, or change the language?
Open Settings (the gear icon). Under Sound & Vibration there are separate switches for Sound Effects, Background Music and Haptic Feedback.
Under General, tap Language to choose English, Español, Português, Deutsch, Français, Türkçe or Русский.
The app crashes, or a feature does not work — what should I do?
Three quick things fix most of it:
- Update to the latest version of Jellium in the App Store — the fix may already be out.
- Fully close the app and reopen it; if that does not help, restart your device.
- Check that your device has enough free storage.
Still broken? Email us at support@playtools.top and include:
- Your device model (for example iPhone 13 or iPad Air).
- Your iOS or iPadOS version.
- The app version — you can find it in Settings, under About.
- The level you were playing and what you tapped just before it went wrong — and a screenshot if you have one.
That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem straight away.
The game runs slowly or the animations stutter
Close other apps running in the background, make sure Low Power Mode is off, and restart the game. Installing the latest update can also help.
If it is still slow, email us with your device model and iOS or iPadOS version and tell us roughly when it happens (start-up, a long cascade, a particular level, and so on).
