Support
How can we help?
This is the support page for apps made by Cinderspire. Pick your app below for help with that app specifically, or email us directly — we answer every message ourselves.
Get help
Have a question about one of our apps, or something is not working? Email us — a real person reads every message.
Email is our only support channel — there is no phone line, live chat or contact form, so writing to the address above is the fastest way to reach us. To help us answer on the first reply, please include your device model (for example iPhone 13 or Pixel 7), your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Support for each app
Each page has that app's pricing, subscription and refund details, and answers to the questions we are asked most.
Questions we get about every app
Tap a question to open the answer. Your app's own page has the details specific to it.
How do I restore a purchase?
Sign in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or same Google account (Android) that made the purchase, open the app, go to its Premium or Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases. Then close the app fully and reopen it.
Still missing? Email us and say which app and store, and roughly when you bought it.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not inside the app — so you cancel them in the store, and the cancellation takes effect immediately on your side.
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also go straight there in a browser: Manage your Apple subscriptions.
On Android:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile picture, top right.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription, then tap Cancel subscription.
Two things worth knowing. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. And deleting the app does not cancel a subscription: you have to cancel it in the store, or it keeps renewing.
How do free trials work?
Where an app offers a free trial, you get full access for the trial period and are only charged when the trial ends. To avoid the charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends — cancelling still leaves you the rest of the trial.
Each app's page lists exactly which of its plans include a trial.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. We never see your card details and we cannot issue or reverse a payment — only Apple or Google can do that.
- Apple (App Store): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
- Google (Play Store): open the Play Store, go to your order history under Payments & subscriptions, find the purchase and request a refund there.
If you are asking for a refund because something is broken, please email us as well. We would much rather fix the problem — and if we can, you may not need the refund at all.
Where is my data stored?
Our apps store what you enter on your device. There is no account to create, and we do not collect personal data about you or sell data.
Because the data lives on the device, deleting an app deletes its data too. Apps that are free and ad-supported show ads served by third-party ad networks, which process limited device information to deliver those ads; this is described in each app’s own privacy policy.
An app crashes or misbehaves — what should I do?
Update to the latest version, fully close the app and reopen it, and restart your device if that did not help.
If it persists, email us with your device model, your iOS or Android version, the app name and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps.
Privacy and terms
Each app has its own privacy policy; the Terms of Use apply to all of them.
