Email is our only support channel — there is no phone line, live chat or contact form, so writing to the address above is the fastest way to reach us. To help us answer on the first reply, please include your device model (for example iPhone 13 or Pixel 7), your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

What TaskFlow does

TaskFlow is a to-do and planner app. You can capture tasks, see them on a calendar, run a Pomodoro focus timer, and review your progress in the statistics screen.

TaskFlow is free to use and supported by ads. TaskFlow Premium is an optional upgrade that removes the ads.

Subscriptions and pricing

TaskFlow Premium removes the ads. You can choose whichever plan suits you — they all unlock the same Premium features.

  • Premium Weekly $1.99 / week Includes a 7-day free trial.
  • Premium Monthly $4.99 / month Includes a 7-day free trial.
  • Premium Annual $29.99 / year Includes a 7-day free trial.
  • Premium Lifetime $69.99 once One-time purchase, not a subscription.

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the US App Store; your local price and currency may differ. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time — see the questions below.

Frequently asked questions

Tap a question to open the answer.

How do I restore a purchase?

Purchases are tied to the store account that paid for them, so you can bring them back on a new device or after reinstalling.

  1. Sign in to the device with the same Apple ID (iOS) or same Google account (Android) that made the purchase.
  2. Open TaskFlow and go to the Premium or Settings screen.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.
  4. Fully close the app and open it again.

If it still does not come back, email us and tell us which store you bought from and roughly when — we will help you sort it out.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not inside TaskFlow — so you cancel them in the store, and the cancellation takes effect immediately on your side.

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also go straight there in a browser: Manage your Apple subscriptions.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture, top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription, then tap Cancel subscription.

Two things worth knowing. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. And deleting the app does not cancel a subscription: you have to cancel it in the store, or it keeps renewing.

How do free trials work?

A free trial gives you full access for the trial period at no charge. You are only charged when the trial ends — at which point the subscription starts automatically at the price shown when you signed up.

To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancelling during a trial still lets you use the app for the rest of the trial period.

You cancel a trial exactly the same way you cancel a subscription — see the question above. Your store account shows the exact date the trial ends.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. We never see your card details and we cannot issue or reverse a payment — only Apple or Google can do that.

  • Apple (App Store): go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase and choose Request a refund.
  • Google (Play Store): open the Play Store, go to your order history under Payments & subscriptions, find the purchase and request a refund there.

If you are asking for a refund because something is broken, please email us as well. We would much rather fix the problem — and if we can, you may not need the refund at all.

Where is my data stored?

Your tasks, calendar entries, focus sessions and statistics are stored on your device, inside the app. There is no account to create and no password to remember.

We do not collect personal data about you, and we do not sell data. Because the data lives on your device, deleting the app deletes it with the app — so if something matters to you, keep your own copy.

The free, ad-supported version of TaskFlow shows ads served by third-party ad networks, which process limited device information in order to deliver those ads. What they handle is described in our Privacy Policy.

The app crashes, or a feature does not work — what should I do?

Three quick things fix most of it:

  1. Update to the latest version of TaskFlow in the App Store or Google Play — the fix may already be out.
  2. Fully close the app and reopen it; if that does not help, restart your device.
  3. Check that your device has enough free storage.

Still broken? Email us at support@playtools.top and include:

  • Your device model (for example iPhone 13, Pixel 7).
  • Your iOS or Android version.
  • The app version, if you can find it in the app's settings.
  • What you tapped just before it went wrong — and a screenshot if you have one.

That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem straight away.

I bought Premium but I still see ads

Open TaskFlow, go to the Premium or Settings screen and tap Restore Purchases, then fully close and reopen the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy Premium.

If the ads are still there, email us and mention which plan you bought and roughly when — we will take it from there.
