Email is our only support channel — there is no phone line, live chat or contact form, so writing to the address above is the fastest way to reach us. To help us answer on the first reply, please include your device model (for example iPhone 13 or Pixel 7), your iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

What MindFlow does

MindFlow is a mood tracker with a journal, meditation and breathing exercises. You log how you feel and can look back over what you recorded.

MindFlow is currently free and has no subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Tap a question to open the answer.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

MindFlow has no subscriptions and no in-app purchases, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that can renew. If you subscribed to one of our other apps, here is where to manage that.

On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also go straight there in a browser: Manage your Apple subscriptions.

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile picture, top right.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription, then tap Cancel subscription.

Two things worth knowing. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. And deleting the app does not cancel a subscription: you have to cancel it in the store, or it keeps renewing.

Where is my data stored?

Your mood logs and journal entries are stored on your device, inside the app. There is no account to create and no password to remember.

We do not collect personal data about you, and we do not sell data. Because the data lives on your device, deleting the app deletes it with the app — so if something matters to you, keep your own copy.

The full details are in our Privacy Policy. If you have a question it does not answer, email us and ask — we will answer plainly.

The app crashes, or a feature does not work — what should I do?

Three quick things fix most of it:

  1. Update to the latest version of MindFlow in the App Store or Google Play — the fix may already be out.
  2. Fully close the app and reopen it; if that does not help, restart your device.
  3. Check that your device has enough free storage.

Still broken? Email us at support@playtools.top and include:

  • Your device model (for example iPhone 13, Pixel 7).
  • Your iOS or Android version.
  • The app version, if you can find it in the app's settings.
  • What you tapped just before it went wrong — and a screenshot if you have one.

That is usually enough for us to reproduce the problem straight away.

Is MindFlow really free? Will you charge me later?

MindFlow is currently free and has no subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no trial that turns into a charge.

If you ever see a charge you do not recognise on your App Store or Google Play account, check your purchase history in the store — and email us if you think it came from one of our apps.

How do I delete what I have logged?

Your entries are stored in the app on your device, so you can remove them from within MindFlow, and deleting the app removes them along with it. There is no account for us to delete on our side.

If you cannot find the option you are looking for, email us and describe what you want removed.

The documents that apply to your use of this app.
