MindFlow: Mood Tracker
Mood logging, journal, meditation and breathing. This policy covers this app only — each of our apps has its own.

The short version
Your mood entries and journal text stay on your device. MindFlow shows no ads; the only things that leave your device are crash reports, anonymous performance timings and a few anonymous purchase-screen events (the plan screen was shown, prices loaded, a purchase was started and its result), sent to Sentry without your name, e-mail, entries or any identifier — we never see a word you write.
There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app, and there is no developer-run server holding your content.
What we collect
Concretely, here is everything that is handled or sent anywhere.
- Nothing you type. Mood entries, journal text, meditation and breathing sessions are stored on your device, inside the app. There is no developer-run server and no cloud sync, so we cannot see them.
- Crash reports. If the app crashes, Sentry receives a crash stack trace along with your device model, OS version and app version. Your mood entries and journal text are not included.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for, receive or store any of the following.
- advertising data — the app shows no ads
- your name
- your email address or phone number
- contacts
- precise location
- photos
- browsing history
- payment card details
There is no account, no sign-up and no login. Everything you create in the app is stored on your device, so we have no way to look at it, and nothing to hand over or sell.
Payments
MindFlow Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or annual; the annual plan has a 7-day free trial). Apple processes every payment; we never see your card or Apple ID details.
Third-party services
These are the only outside services the app talks to. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Sentry — Receives crash stack traces, device model, OS version and app version when the app crashes, plus anonymous performance timings and four anonymous purchase-screen events — never your name, e-mail, entries or any identifier. Sentry privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
Because your data is on your device, you are the one holding it.
Deleting your data.
- Uninstalling the app deletes the data it stored on your device.
- Where the app offers a reset or delete option in its settings, using it clears the data you chose to remove.
- You can delete individual mood entries and journal entries inside the app at any time.
Asking us anything. You may email support@playtools.top with any privacy question or request — including a request to access or delete data. Since we hold no personal data about you on any server of ours, in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing on our side to retrieve or erase, and we will tell you so plainly.
Children
MindFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email support@playtools.top and we will look into it.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy — a new feature that sends something online, or a service we stop using — we update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
