CoachFlux: Productivity Coach
AI coaching personas for career, money, skills and goals. This policy covers this app only — each of our apps has its own.

The short version
Your conversations are stored on your device. Because the coaching is generated by an AI model, the messages you send and their coaching context are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce each reply. If Gemini is unavailable, the same request goes to Agnes AI instead. Beyond that, only crash reports and anonymous diagnostics (never your messages) go to Sentry; the app shows no ads.
There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app, and there is no developer-run server holding your content.
What we collect
Concretely, here is everything that is handled or sent anywhere.
- Your coaching messages, in order to answer them. When you write to a coach, your message and the coaching context are sent to Google's Gemini API, which generates the reply. This is how the coaching works; there is no way to get a reply without it.
- Nothing else you type. Your conversations, goals and settings are stored on your device, inside the app. There is no developer-run server and no cloud sync, so we cannot read your conversations.
- Crash reports and diagnostics. Sentry receives crash stack traces, performance timings (for example how long a screen took to open) and a few anonymous app events — whether the App Store returned the plans, the steps of a purchase (plans opened, purchase started, completed or cancelled) and how long the AI took to answer — with your device model, OS version and app version. No screenshots, no app logs and none of your messages are included.
- Whether Premium is active. Apple or Google tells the app whether your entitlement is active. Purchases themselves go directly through the store.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for, receive or store any of the following.
- advertising data — the app shows no ads
- your name
- your email address or phone number
- contacts
- precise location
- photos
- browsing history
- payment card details
There is no account, no sign-up and no login. Everything you create in the app is stored on your device, so we have no way to look at it, and nothing to hand over or sell.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple on the App Store or by Google on Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details — the store only tells the app whether your entitlement is active.
Third-party services
These are the only outside services the app talks to. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Gemini API — Receives your coaching messages and their context (your first name if you entered one, your goals, a one-line mood summary and short notes from earlier chats), and returns the coach's reply. When the app starts it also sends Google a one-word test request ("ping", no personal data) to check whether Gemini can answer. Google Gemini API privacy policy.
- Agnes AI (apihub.agnes-ai.com) — Used only when Google Gemini is unavailable: receives the same request and returns the answer.
- Sentry — Receives crash reports, performance timings and the anonymous app events described above, with device model, OS version and app version — never your messages. Sentry privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
Because your data is on your device, you are the one holding it.
Deleting your data.
- Uninstalling the app deletes the data it stored on your device.
- Where the app offers a reset or delete option in its settings, using it clears the data you chose to remove.
- You can delete individual conversations inside the app at any time.
Asking us anything. You may email support@playtools.top with any privacy question or request — including a request to access or delete data. Since we hold no personal data about you on any server of ours, in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing on our side to retrieve or erase, and we will tell you so plainly.
Children
CoachFlux is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email support@playtools.top and we will look into it.
Changes to this policy
If the app changes in a way that affects this policy — a new feature that sends something online, or a service we stop using — we update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
