AudiFusion Pro: Music & EQ

Music player with a 5-band EQ, bass boost, 3D spatial audio and headphone profiles. This policy covers this app only — each of our apps has its own.

Last updated: 27 August 2026

The short version

Your music is read from your device and played and processed there — audio never leaves for playback. Ad requests and crash reports go out, and three optional features send something online when you use them: lyrics, album and artist info, and song recognition.

There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number to use the app, and there is no developer-run server holding your content.

What we collect

Concretely, here is everything that is handled or sent anywhere.

  • Nothing about your library. Music files are read from your device and played locally, and all audio processing — the equaliser, bass boost, spatial audio and headphone profiles — happens on the device. Your settings and playlists are stored on the device.
  • Lyrics (optional). If you open lyrics for a track, the app sends the song and artist name to Musixmatch to look them up.
  • Album and artist info (optional). If you open album or artist information, the app sends the song and artist name to Last.fm.
  • Song recognition (optional). If you tap to identify a song, the app records a short audio clip through the microphone and sends it to ACRCloud for identification. This happens only when you tap to identify; the microphone is not used for anything else, and when the service is not configured the app falls back to a demo result instead.
  • Crash reports. If the app crashes, Sentry receives a crash stack trace along with your device model, OS version and app version.
  • Ad requests. Google AdMob receives standard technical data such as device type, coarse region and IP address as part of serving any ad in the free version.
  • Whether Premium is active. Apple or Google tells the app whether your entitlement is active. Adapty is used for subscription analytics; purchases themselves go directly through the store.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, receive or store any of the following.

  • your name
  • your email address or phone number
  • contacts
  • precise location
  • photos
  • browsing history
  • payment card details
  • your music files — they are never uploaded anywhere
  • background or continuous microphone audio — the microphone is used only for song recognition, when you tap to identify a song

There is no account, no sign-up and no login. Everything you create in the app is stored on your device, so we have no way to look at it, and nothing to hand over or sell.

Payments

Purchases are processed by Apple on the App Store or by Google on Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details — the store only tells the app whether your entitlement is active.

Third-party services

These are the only outside services the app talks to. Each has its own privacy policy.

  • Musixmatch — Receives the song and artist name when you open lyrics, and returns the lyrics. Musixmatch privacy policy.
  • Last.fm — Receives the song and artist name when you open album or artist information, and returns that information. Last.fm privacy policy.
  • ACRCloud — Receives a short microphone audio clip when you tap to identify a song, and returns the match. ACRCloud privacy policy.
  • Google AdMob — Receives ad requests, including device type, coarse region and IP address. Google AdMob privacy policy.
  • Sentry — Receives crash stack traces, device model, OS version and app version when the app crashes. Sentry privacy policy.
  • Adapty — Receives subscription events for analytics. Adapty privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

Because your data is on your device, you are the one holding it.

Deleting your data.

  • Uninstalling the app deletes the data it stored on your device.
  • Where the app offers a reset or delete option in its settings, using it clears the data you chose to remove.
  • You can turn the optional online features off simply by not using them, and you can revoke microphone access at any time in your device's settings.

Limiting ad tracking.

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads.

Asking us anything. You may email support@playtools.top with any privacy question or request — including a request to access or delete data. Since we hold no personal data about you on any server of ours, in most cases the honest answer is that there is nothing on our side to retrieve or erase, and we will tell you so plainly.

Children

AudiFusion Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, email support@playtools.top and we will look into it.

Changes to this policy

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy — a new feature that sends something online, or a service we stop using — we update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
